There is sake fermenting in the tanks! Repeat: there's sake in the tanks!

To be specific, the ingredients that will become sake are fermenting in our 500L tanks. For this inaugural run, we made small batches to test out all our equipment and perfect our process. It will take about 6 weeks for it to fully ferment and turn into sake.

Our first batches will only be available in the taproom, which we’re gearing up to launch Memorial Day weekend!
