Our brewers, Todd and Joel, teamed up with Colin from Dirigible Brewing Co. to make a beer using our house-grown koji and freshly steamed Yamadanishiki rice. The resulting dark lager is delicious and complex… try it for yourself at the release party and then take home 16 oz. cans!
