On the first Thursday of every month, we partner with Medfield Public Library to host a sci-fi book club.

Frank Herbert’s Dune

Set on the desert planet Arrakis, Dune is the story of Paul Atreides—who would become known as Muad'Dib—and of a great family's ambition to bring to fruition mankind's most ancient and unattainable dream.

We will discuss this book at both the April + May book clubs. And maybe we’ll discuss the new and old movies, too!

If you get a chance, pick up a copy at your local library or wherever you get books, read ahead, and come prepared to discuss in our awesome taproom… or just come to chat about sci-fi, reading, or other stuff and make some new friends! Oh, yeah, and don’t forget to order some fresh, local sake at the bar to whet your whistle while you talk.
