Hole in the Sky: A Novel
by Daniel H. Wilson

A reimagined first contact story through a blended lens of Cherokee cosmology, modern science, and military technology. The story follows three main characters—a CIA analyst, a NASA astrophysicist, and a Cherokee father in Oklahoma—as they confront a non-human intelligence that emerges from a strange atmospheric disturbance.

If you get a chance, pick up a copy at your local library or wherever you get books, read ahead, and come prepared to discuss in our awesome taproom… or just come to chat about sci-fi, reading, or other stuff and make some new friends!
