Sun Jammer

Farthest Star Sake’s first flavored sake to be released in cans. This sake is made with Yamadanishiki and Titan rice grown by the Isbell family in Arkansas, soft water, and yeast from the central mountains of Japan. After fermentation, we added fresh yuzu juice and yuzu peel from Japan. This bright, citrusy sake is softly sparkling and refreshing. Sun Jammer makes any day feel like summer.

Sake is naturally gluten-free, and so is yuzu. Our sake is hand-crafted in Medfield, MA. Sun Jammer is packaged in single-serve 8 oz. cans available in our taproom on Wednesday, July 3rd, and soon thereafter in restaurants and stores in MA and RI.
